October 19, 2007 (on September ninth day Chinese New Year), universally concerned about the "Bali roadmap" tough introduction to global climate change.
2007 11 17, the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) released the fourth and the last part of the global climate change assessment report, pointed out that global warming is unquestionable. The climate change issue has become the main topic of this year, a series of important international conferences. 3 to 15 December, the United Nations Climate Change Conference held in Bali, Indonesia, the General Assembly adopted the "Bali Roadmap" negotiations for reducing greenhouse gas emissions after the first commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol expires in 2012 setting the agenda. Developing countries, including China, is generally believed that the climate change negotiations should be conducted within the framework of the United Nations, should follow the principles of "common but differentiated responsibilities" and fairness.
