The provisions of the Convention, deliberately destroy a national, racial or religious group in whole or in part, the behavior is the Crime of Genocide; such acts and premeditated acts or incitement to commit genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war, are in international law kinds of crimes, should be to prevent and to punish.
