December 10.1923-Yeats won the Nobel Prize for Literature

1923 12 10, 2009, the Nobel Prize for Literature awarded to William Butler Yeats, Irish poet and playwright. Yeats Irish national aspirations to promote his work, he believes that all art should be a national character.
