Yugoslav President Lilic call the United Nations Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali, the situation in Bosnia after the ultimatum issued to the Bosnian Serbs, NATO expressed great concern.
Lillich said, the only way to end the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina is equal negotiations between the three parties to the conflict, NATO is trying to find a solution through ultimatums and military power, which can only be encouraged to Bosnia and Herzegovina to continue the war.
Lilic stressed that NATO as a military bloc, no right to issue such ultimatum. This action is arbitrarily deprived of the political authority of the UN Security Council. Lilic called on the United Nations Secretary-General to take all measures to enable the Council to recover their political rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the issue of the peace process in Bosnia and Herzegovina in Geneva smooth.
