In March 1992, South Africa, on whether to support the Government's reform held Bairen Gong decision, more than 320 million white citizens to participate in the voting. The results of the poll, nearly 69 percent of voters support the government to continue to carry out political reform, President de Klerk's referendum victory. The results of the referendum for the South African constitutional negotiations to end white minority rule has taken an important step, and therefore generally welcomed by the majority of black South Africans and the international community.
