This is the first held in the Chinese trade unions after the founding of New China National People's Congress. Elected Liu Shaoqi on the Executive Committee meeting held on May 13 to continue to serve as the Honorary Chairman of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, Lai Ruoyu elected to the All-China Federation of Trade Unions President, Liu Ning, a Liu Changsheng, Zhu Xuefan elected as the Vice-Chairman.
