May 18, 1917 (, Dimba March 28), the U.S. National Mobilization ready to participate in the First World War.
1917 18, U.S. President Woodrow Wilson write law a bill requiring all U.S. men between the ages of 21-30, The registration to the service in the U.S. Army in the possible conditions. This well known law "Selective military service draft plan conscription 50 million people to participate in the war with Germany. The draft passed by Congress this month, but not without a negative vote. The few dissenting Members argued that military recruiters should be voluntary. Estimated that about 10 million men registered. Their names will be written to a rotating list of emergency personnel, from which to extract the first 50 people to participate in combat.
