World War II, Europe has lost its long-standing central position in the international arena. So, for the purpose of European unification in Europe have been appearing. Headed to Churchill unified European Movement organization was established in the United Kingdom; famous French politicians led composed EU French Committee; West Germany has also set up a "European Union". The end of 1947, the unified organization of the European countries jointly set up a "European Unity Movement International Committee, held in The Hague on May 7, 1948, the Western European countries on behalf of about 800 people attended the first General Assembly of the European unification movement, on behalf of Churchill, Renault, Herriot, famous politicians, many industrialists, scholars and professors, the resolutions adopted by the General Assembly, including the establishment of a European political and economic union; selected by each member council composed of representatives of the European Parliament.
