Angola and Cuba signed in Luanda on the 24th with a "symbolic agreement on the withdrawal of the last group of Cuban soldiers.
agreement says, the New York Agreement on the withdrawal of 50,000 Cuban troops from Angola has been successfully implemented, and 36 days in advance of the completion of the withdrawal plan.
