1951, the Women's International Democratic Federation meeting in Moscow, USSR, decided on June 1 of each year as the International Children's Day.
resolution called for the protection of children around the world the right to life, the right to health care and the right to education. Pointed out: all the world's democratic groups and adult men and women want to fight with the employment of men and women of child labor, and ways to reduce military spending by the State to protect children's health, to meet the funding needs of the child.
