(Mao, April 27), June 6, 1975, the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States. The main body is the Council of Ministers and the Committee of Ambassadors, secretariat to assist the body to carry out the work. The ministers authorized Ambassador Committee drafted the plan, to strengthen cooperation between Member States in the areas of trade, industry, transport, telecommunications.
