(5) North of the first, second, Third Corps, in turn renamed: XVIII Corps commander and political commissar of the (lsjt.net) Xiangqian concurrently; XIX Corps commander Yang Dezhi, political commissar Luo; twenty-Corps Commander Yang Chengwu, political commissar Project Leadership Committee, and are directly under the People's Liberation Army Headquarters Command.
