Allies agreed to establish a Committee of experts led by the American Bankers Young, responsible for working out on the issue of reparations complete and final solution. History www.TodayOnHistory.com In in 1929, the Young Committee to work out a new reparations plan, effective approval of the Hague Conference in January 1930. Young plans to determine the German compensation totaling 1,139 one hundred million marks to limit paid off in 59 years and pay about $ 2 billion marks annually for 37 years, after the 22-year average of 1.5 billion marks. Plan cancel the Allies on German financial and economic supervision, and the establishment of the Bank for International Settlements to handle claims all matters. However, due to the international economic crisis sweeping Europe, the Young Plan failed to implement.
