800 representatives of the Organization of Africans in the black South Africans held on June 11, 1983 in the Transvaal Province Ha Mansi Kral Solidarity Conference. The General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration, calling for the abolition of apartheid laws, and determination for establish a unified racism Azhaniya and struggle. General Assembly to promote black South African liberation struggle against racial discrimination.
