1975, 6, 26, Indian Prime Minister British - Gandhi's home court in Allahabad High Court announced that she was elected to Parliament invalid on the grounds that the election fraud. In the next six years, she shall not hold any public office, as they now maintain her position in accordance with the law, but many observers believe that she will resign.
Gandhi's charges act as the organizers of the election campaign in the 1971 elections which is still illegal to retain public office, she was rival Socialists Raj - Narain to the courts, and thus lead to a court made the above decision.
