July 17.2000-Aum Shinrikyo cult leader sentenced to death
(Gengchen June 16), July 17, 2000, the Aum Shinrikyo cult leader was sentenced to death. The Tokyo District Court to murder and other offenses in
2000 7, 17, sentenced to Aum Shinrikyo leader Toyota Hang Hirose Kenichi death penalty and sentenced Sugimoto Fan Lang life imprisonment.
17 public trial, three criminals admit their crimes committed in the Tokyo subway sarin incident. Toyota and Hirose defendant admit to accept the instructions of the Aum Shinrikyo cult leader Shoko Asahara, the subway scattered Busha Lin poison gas, manufacture of killings and other crimes. Sugimoto also recognize the crimes of the defendant and transported sarin drive their children to this event. Reference March 1995, Japan's Aum Shinrikyo manufactured in the Tokyo subway sarin gas incident, resulting in the death of 12 people, thousands of people were poisoned. After the incident, the Japanese police raided several times throughout the facilities of the Aum Shinrikyo, and the arrest of Shoko Asahara, led by leader of the Aum Shinrikyo size.
