1941, August 9, 2010, U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, parked in Newfoundland, Prince of Wales, "" Prince of Wales " Atlantic Conference, held on the battleship USS two sides met for the first time since World War broke out. The two sides discussed the international situation after the outbreak of the Soviet-German war, to adjust the relations between the two countries, arrangements for the strategic plan and to determine their own policies. Final Act of the Conference on the two sides drafted the Atlantic Charter.
