1926, Gertrude - Edel became the first women in the swim crossing the English Channel her achievements over the past 51 years of any one man. Brave New York girl spent 14 hours and 31 minutes to swim across the Strait. The previous best record of (l $ jτ.cń) is an Italian swimmer Sebastian Dayton Dion - 蒂拉博斯基 16 hours in 1923 to create scores of 23 points.
