Ung Huot as First Prime Minister
5 to 6 July 1997 with the First Prime Minister Ranariddh and Second Prime Minister Hun Sen of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the People's Party led by armed first BAK party armed severe armed conflict in the capital Phnom Penh and the surrounding area.
