August 15, 2005 (, Yiyou July 11), Israel's unilateral withdrawal from Gaza. In 2005, August 15, 2010, the Israeli government despite the strong opposition of the right-wing forces, was officially launched unilateral action plans brewing for the past two years; within one month thereafter, the successful completion of the 21 Jewish settlements from the Gaza Strip evacuation operations, thus ending a 38-year occupation of Gaza. In addition, Israel also evacuated four relatively isolated settlements in the northern West Bank. Relevant parties urged to continue to promote the Middle East peace "road map" for the implementation of the plan.
