August 18.1868-British and French astronomers discovered the "helium" elements
August 18, 1868 (the first day Boshin July), the British and French astronomers found "helium" elements. 18 occurred
1868 total solar eclipse, the French astronomer Sang observed in India, found a few strange spectral lines, the British astronomer Lockyer also observed alone can not be used on Earth any known element description of the bright line, he attributed the spectrum of a new element. And named it as "helium". 1895 British chemist Ramsay from earth ore parse out the helium, helium is the only first found is not on Earth elements.
