2000 11 16 at midnight, U.S. President Bill Clinton arrived in Hanoi, began a four-day official visit to Vietnam. This is the first U.S. President to visit Vietnam since the end of the Vietnam War. Accompanied by Clinton's wife Hillary and daughter Chelsea visit. On the morning of
